Throughout the year, my roaster sources a variety of coffees from single regions or farms. The goal is to give you the opportunity to experience the different and unique flavors of the origin and the processing method. We roast in a way that develops and expresses each coffee’s inherent flavor, without imparting any roast or smoke notes (except for Top Espresso).
